Cycle Hire

Cycle hire runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm (10am to 4pm during winter) and includes helmets, locks, maps, puncture resistant tyres and a mechanical support service. Please select your hire date and time, choose your bikes then book securely below. For same day bookings advance the collection time by a minimum of 30 minutes and select today's date. If the date is unavailable on the calendar, I'm afraid we are full booked so please select another date.

Electric Bike Hire

The easy way to explore the Lake District. These hire bikes have powerful electric motors and fly up the hills! Fitted with Slime filled inner tubes to help prevent punctures and keep you moving. The more expensive models in the line up feature better components and have bigger batteries to provide a greater range. All this equates to more power and more fun!

Mountain Bike Hire

Ideal if you looking to explore the area by pedal power and get a bit of a work out! These bikes feature low gear ratios to help with the hills. Puncture resistant Slime filled inner tubes are fitted as standard. These help prevent any flat tyres.

Road Bike Hire

Conquer some or all of the iconic Lake District mountain passes by road bike. Fitted with lower gear ratios to help on the climbs.

Child’s Bike Hire

A selection of hire bikes and equipment for your little loved ones. Note, the trailers and tag-a-longs can not be fitted to eBikes.
